I adapted this from the New York Times' food columnist's piece by Mark Bittman on basic soup recipes so that I could use it to: 1. stick on my fridge door, and 2. use it as a promotional download for my graphic design company T. Rex Design. So I stuck it on my fridge door and use it regularly. I also stuck the download link on Mark Bittman's Facebook page, my Facebook page on the NYT website and every other online space I could think of without getting too spammy. I've had 345 downloads so far, from mostly grateful strangers and assorted soup fans. This is my homage to truly great soups.
